    Let the right answers be R and the wrong answers W.

    R+W = 75, or

    W = 75-R …(1)

    4R-W = 125, or

    W = -125+4R …(2)

    Equate (1) and (2)

    75-R = -125+4R, or

    75+125=4R+R

    200=5R, or

    R = 40

    Check: 40*4–35*1=160–35 = 125.

    Hence, option 2 is the correct answer.
