Om has some cards, out of which he gave 32% of the cards to Ram and 16% of the cards to Sita. If 50% of Sita's cards were taken back by Om, and he is left with 75 cards, then what how many cards are there?
145
125
225
245
Let us assume that OM has 'x' cards.
Cards given to Ram = x*32%
OM is left with x*68% cards.
He gave x*16% cards to Sita and got back half of them, means Sita got only x*8% cards.
Om was left with x*68% cards and now he gave x*8% cards to Sita, He is left with x*60% cards which are equal to 75.
=> x*60% = 75
x = 125
