A shopkeeper sold some articles at Rs. 35 per article and gained 40% on it. What would be the selling price of each article to get 60% profit?

Selling Price = 140% of Cost price

cost price = 35x 100/140 = 25

Then, the 60% of the cost price = 60 x 25/100 = 15
