    Explanation:

    L.C.M of 16, 20, 25 and 45 = 3600

    So 3600×n + 3 should be divisible by 21.
    Put n = 1,2,3.............so on.

    1st number = 3600 * 1 + 3 = 3603 which is not divisible by 21.
    2st number = 3600 * 2 + 3 = 7203 which is divisible by 21.

    So there can be minimum 7203 stones in the heap.
