It is the foundation for all other fields of inquiry and is the vehicle for human action. The system of dissemination of communication in the present day has undergone great changes with the development of the State of the art technology and technological advances in the field of mass communication. Media forms a vital part of the Communication systems globally today and takes two essential forms - the Print Media and the Electronic Media. The basic function of mass media is to provide information, education, instruction and entertainment to the people. The media also motivates people, directly or indirectly in any community.
