Limitation expired on 15.06.1999, but the courts were closed from 02.06.1999 to 01.07.1999 on account of summer vacation. So the suit was filed on 02.07.1999, when the courts re -opened. It was objected that the suit is barred by limitation. Decide.    (5 marks)
