K had three wives. K executed a Will in 1932 giving the disputed property to D daughter of his second wife, as also his three wives in lieu of their maintenance. The Will stated that three wives had limited right to enjoy the property their life time. K died in 1932, his first wife and second wife died in 1953 and 1960 respectively and third wife died in 1965, after the enforcement of the Hindu Succession Act 1956. Before the death she executed a Will in 1965 of the said property in favour of S her first husband’s son. On the basis of the Will executed by the third wife S filed a suit for declaration. Discuss.
