Then ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ are to join the contract as parties on 02.05.2013, 02.07.2013 and 02.09.2013 respectively. On 01.06.2013. ‘A’ seeks to register the document. ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’ object to this by contending that the document can be registered only after 02.09.2013.
