The 4th National Finswimming Championship 2024 concluded with West Bengal emerging as the champions. They secured a total of 151 medals, including 67 gold, 43 silver, and 41 bronze.

• Karnataka followed as runners-up with 50 medals, while Uttarakhand took third place with 21 medals. Haryana, Maharashtra, Manipur, and hosts Delhi also performed notably.
• The event, held at the Syama Prasad Mookeerjee Swimming Pool Complex, was organized by the Underwater Sports Federation of India (USFI) and the Physical Education Foundation of India, with recognition from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
• It featured 1500 participants from 26 states and union territories.
• Chief guest AK Bansal, a Dronacharya awardee hockey coach, awarded the winners. Tapan Panigrahi, Secretary of USFI, praised the participants and expressed hopes for the growth of finswimming in India, aiming for one lakh finswimmers soon.
