Explanation:

Three villages in Jhajjar district turned into free WiFi zones as part of Digital India movement. This is the first time in Haryana that any village has received a free internet service for all residents. Haryana’s agriculture minister Om Prakash Dhankar launched the service in Bupania, Kaloi and Dhakla villages.
Bupania village was the first village to get the facility in Haryana. It had a population of around 8,000 residents and all of them can avail the free WiFi service. Similarly, the 8,000 residents of Dhakla and 6,000 villagers in Kaloi too got the free WiFi service from Sunday. The villages are selected because these are among the most backward villages in the district on human development index parameters.
