Nyaye Apke Dwar Progamme :

Due to Rajasthan being an agricultural state, the main problem of the tenants is usually related to revenue. It is commonly seen that it takes about 4 years to deal with revenue related matters. With this aim to relieve the tenant, Nyay Apke Dwar Programme has been started.

To get rid of the ongoing cases pending in the various Revenue Courts of their ownership, accounting rights and disputes of succession of farmers and villagers, and for them getting rid of the time and money being lost to the common man. In summer, the announcement of the operation of the "Revenue Public Court Campaign Justice Your Door" program has been announced.

Government giving access to village village

Removal of lakhs of pending revenue cases through Revenue Public Courts has been done to the common man in relieving the Gram Panchayat headquarters. Under the judicial exercise under the Rajasthan Taxpayers Act, the pending appeals, pending revenues, split, accounting by non-account holders, purification of clerical errors in revenue records, preparation of proposals in accordance with the norms for new revenue villages, Gram Panchayat The issue of revenue related grievances was settled during the related work campaign. 

People connected with the justice system are in one place

The characteristics of these camps were that the people of Tehsildar, Patwari, Sarpanch and Geo management were present in the same place. The required documents at any level were available in the camp. The hearing of every stage was also there.

Successfully disposing of revenue cases

All possible efforts were made by the district administration for its successful implementation. Justice In the first phase of your door, more than 21 lakh 43 thousand revenue cases were disposed of in 16 thousand camps in year 2015 and 164 gram panchayats were freed from the revenue dispute.
The second phase of your campaign was started from 9th May, 2016 under which 12 thousand 387 camps were set up across the state in which 48 lakh 46 thousand 54 cases were disposed of and 431 gram panchayats were declared free from the revenue dispute. Thus, a total of 523 gram panchayats (72 grams in Panchayat year 2015 and 2016) have been completely free from the revenue dispute.

The third phase of this campaign was organized from May 8, 2017 to July 15, 2017, and the fourth phase from 1 May 2018 to 30 June 2018.

In the four stages of this campaign, more than 10 million revenue revenues were successfully disposed of and millions of people were provided relief.

The Chief Minister also expressed his happiness on this achievement and announced that extra district would be provided by the government in the district where most villages are free of revenue. Giving justice to the rural people, this noble initiative of the state government to make their lives comfortable and better was appreciated across the country.
The movement of people towards the judiciary has changed the important part of the democratic governance system from this campaign. The hope of getting justice in less time has also been strengthened. Where the revenue matters that have generated generations of families have created sours, this campaign by the state government has given justice to lakhs of families by mutual consent, returned happiness in their lives, and gave a phrase of social harmony.

The government has decided to hold these revenue public court camps every year till the cases pending in the revenue courts are completed.
Revenue matters were settled at large levels in gate camps. The ownership of land, accounting rights, succession quarrels, pending cases of border dispute, have been resolved in these camps. Not only the legal cases were settled, but the concurrent cases related to the land were also addressed by the solution in these camps.
