The Haryana government recently appointed RERA chairmen for its two benches.Rajan Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary is appointed as the RERA chairman for Panchkula Bench and Krishan Kumar Khandewal for Gurugram Bench.The selection was made by a committee headed by Justice Surya Kant of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, including Legal Remembrance Kuldeep Jain and Arun Kumar, Principal Secretary, Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana. The official would be serving as the RERA chairmen for five years or till the age of 65 years.
