Panipat
Rohtak
Karnal
Jhajjar
The Jhajjar district police have come up with a ‘bicycle-sharing’ programme to motivate policemen to cycle on a daily basis in order to maintain their fitness. “We have bought 30 cycles under the programme and the policemen will be able to avail the cycle service free of cost after getting themselves registered. They will have to return the bicycle after using it,” said Jhajjar SP Pankaj Nain. He added that that programme was launched by IGP (Rohtak Range) Sandeep Khirwar by flagging off a cycle rally. Khirwar said the programme would also be launched in other districts of Rohtak range.
