Three-tier structure of Panchayati dominion establishments in Haryana was introduced at its beginning. Haryana as a state was graven out of erstwhile geographic area state. Therefore, it has adopted the geographic area Gram panchayet Act, 1952, and also the geographic area Block Samiti and Zila Parishad Act, 1961. The 3-tier system of Panchayati dominion as introduced earlier within the state, enclosed Gram panchayet, Block Samiti and Zila Parishad. there's a statutory body referred to as Gram Sabha comprising all the adult residents of a village besides the on top of expressed three-tiers.
