Explanation:

 Bishnu Prasad Rabha was a well known cult figure from Assam, well known for his literary and cultural contributions towards the indigenous Assamese communities. As an advocate of peoples' cultural movement, he drew heavily from different genres of classical and folk cultural traditions. In his home state, the indigenous Assamese people affectionately called him Kala Guru 'the master of the arts'.
