Explanation:

The State Forensic Science Laboratory Haryana was established in the year 1973 with an objective to provide an independent, impartial and objective system for scientific evaluation of available physical evidence and to provide scientific aid of International Quality in the administration of criminal justice. It started functioning at Rohtak and later on in 1976 it was shifted to Madhuban (Karnal). Since then the Forensic Science Laboratory Haryana has been making consistent strides in the field of scientific activities.
