Explanation:

Pt. Sri Ram Sharma, born on 1st october, 1899 at Jhajjar, Sri Sharma took part along with Gandhiji in 1921 in non-coperation movement. He was associated with all the five movements of the Congress i.e., 1922, 1930, 1932, 1941 and 1942. He was sentenced to Seven years’ imprisonment in 1923. He published a weekly magazine ‘Haryana Tilak’ in Urdu and Hindi from Rohtak in support of freedom. ‘Haryana-Ka-Itihas’ and ‘Nav-Ratan’ of Haryana were the books written by him. He died on 7th oct. 1989.
