Medanta–The Medicity partnered with the Government of India’s Mission TB-Free India with the launch of Mission TB-Free Haryana.The hospital will work with the Government of Haryana and provide two mobile vans equipped with digital X-ray and CB – NAAT machines to screen and diagnose potential TB patients in five districts of Haryana.
This initiative is supported by International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union), USAID – US Agency for International Development and Challenge TB.
The Haryana Government on Friday announced the launch of a campaign to free Haryana of Tuberculosis (TB). Bollywood actor, Amitabh Bachchan, is the brand ambassador of the campaign.Coming together on a single platform, all stakeholders decided to provide support in different ways. The funding for the project will come from USAID.
