The Festival is organised and hosted by Haryana Tourism with the support of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. It was hosted for the first time in 2006 and since then has become an eagerly awaited annual feature in the cultural calendar of the region.
The Gardens are decked up with platforms, decorated gates and wonderful illuminations. A number of competitions are organised and also Crafts Bazaar and Food Court are set up to add to the charm of the Festival. The live Evening Performances by eminent singers on both days of the Festival are indeed a crowd puller.
