Taking a major leap towards creating a paperless environment in the Government offices, Haryana Government is implementing e-office system in a phased manner.
An official spokesman on Monday said that in the first phase, the offices of Chief Minister, Industrial Training Minister, Principal Secretary Industrial Training, Directorate of Industrial Training, Government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) at Panchkula, Kaithal, Rohtak and Ambala City shall have e-office system. Subsequently all ITIs in the state shall also have this modern system. E-office system would be fully operational within six month.
He said that among the government departments, Haryana Industrial Training Department is all set to become first paperless Department in the state. Principal Secretary, Industrial Training Department Anil Kumar has been reviewing the progress of e-office system on day-to-day basis. The implementation of e-office system in Industrial Training Department would considerably improve working of the department.
