Karnal girl gets Diana Award for social and humanitarian work

Sanjoli Banerjee (22) from the district has been honoured with the Diana Award for her social and humanitarian efforts.
Established in the memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, the award is given by a charity set up in her name.
She received the award for her work in the fields of climate change and women empowerment.
She is also the founder of a free mobile school for rural children.
