This training given online has been started from October 16, running in 7 phases, this training will be completed by January 2021 NISTHA training was started by the central government from the year 2019 itself. The National Education Research and Training Council (NCERT) is imparting NISTHA training to increase leadership capacity and sense of responsibility among teachers. The training schedule has been sent to every teacher in 18 modules by NCERT and it has been instructed to strictly follow it.
