THE PRESIDENT RULE IN HP IN 1977 AND 1992 AT THE TIME SHRI SHANTA KUMAR
In 1977, Thakur Ramlal was the incumbent CM when President's Rule was imposed. Shanta Kumar became the CM after the President's rule was revoked. In 1992, it was Shanta Kumar's government that fell as a result of imposition of President's rule in the wake of Babri Masjid demolition.
