This soil is found at Mirzapur and Sonbhadra district of baghelkhand areas. The formation of the soil is due to weathering full stop it is found in the form of green light in the water logging area of river Betwa and dhasan .

Red soil is mainly found in the Sonbhadra district of baghelkhand areas it is formed due to weathering of red sandstone rocks .
