Education system in Madhya Pradesh :
The state of Madhya Pradesh in India is one of the oldest centers of learning in the country. It is for this reason that education in Madhya Pradesh is very well organized and is systematically divided into distinct levels for different age groups. According to the census reports released. Madhya Pradesh has achieved a literacy rate of 64.11%. Therefore, Madhya Pradesh stands very close to the country’s literacy rate which is 64.8% as per the census reports. The Madhya Pradesh society has been a male dominated society since time immemorial and hence the number of literate women in the state had always been low. Over the last couple of year though, there has been great improvement with rates going over 35% in several cities across the state. The districts of Khargaon, Badwani, Ratlam and Jhabua have made the most improvements in the education sector in Madhya Pradesh.
Education System in Madhya Pradesh :
Like in most other states across India, Madhya Pradesh also follows the 10+2+3 tier of education. There is government as well as private education institutes across this Central Indian state. Hindi is the preferred medium of instruction in the government monitored schools and colleges of Madhya Pradesh. Primary Education in Madhya Pradesh :
The school level education in Madhya Pradesh is divided into the respective categories of primary school, middle school and high school.
