Bibi ka Maqbara (The Tomb of the Lady) is a 17th Century mausoleum built by Prince Azam Shah in loving memory of his mother, Rabia-ul-Daurani alias Dilras Banu Begum. Also known as Mini Taj or the Taj of the Deccan Plateau, it is the principal monument of Aurangabad city. . After the main entrance, there's a small tank and a screen that leads to the main structure. As we move towards the main structure, we come across lush green lawns, flower gardens and fountains all along the pathway. The pathway is also laced with flower pots and trees. The entire stucture is made of marble and carries wonderful flower designs on its panels. .
