Primary education is the basis of strong foundation in a student's life. Keeping this in view,'Parho Punjab, Parhao Punjab' scheme was launched in Punjab during the year 2017.The aim
of this scheme is to improve the performance oweak students and create equal opportunities for these students in comparison to the other students. 'Parho Punjab, Parhao Punjab programme focuses on enhancement of creativity of the brilliant students and emphasises to strengthen their capabilities. It also lays stress on educating each child and emphasise on their understandings of  concept instead of rote learning. This project also aims to add on new techniques, supplementary material, school planning, and revision of curriculum, support activities etc. Students are encouraged to learn without fear or burden. Easy methods are applied in class activities through 'Parho Punjab, Parhao Punjab'  approach. Adequate priority is being given to the advice of educationists and teachers while making amendments in innovation, technique, support material and curriculum.
