Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced on October 08, 2018 that Haryana Government will constitute Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF).The name of this force will be called 'Kwachh', which will include specially trained youth from the state police.This force called Kwachh will face the current security challenges of the state. Selected personnel of Haryana Police will be included in this, who will be trained by the National Security Guard (NSG).
