Explanation:

On 17th September, 2018 Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced the formation of Social Security Board of Haryana's Unorganized Workers.
This board will work for the welfare of workers working in the unorganized sector of the state.
Besides this, the Chief Minister announced the increase in the monthly pension of Rs. 2500 given by the Board to the workers of the age of 60 years registered in the Construction Workers Welfare Board, to Rs. 2500.
This announcement was made during the state level Workers' Day celebrations held in Chandigarh.
It is known that about 25 percent of workers in Haryana are in the organized sector and 75 percent of the workers are employed in the unorganized sector.
