• Textbook assistance for undergraduate and postgraduate

• One time education loan subsidy
• Female student scooter scheme

=> The scheme has been launched only for the permanent resident's students of Assam, who are studying in government-aided colleges and schools.

=> In order to fulfill its commitment to government of Assam has started to distribute Scooty to the 35000 girls students in different parts of the State. Beneficiaries can’t sell their scooter for 3 years.

=> On special request electric scooty may be given too.

=> Dr Banikanta Kakati Merit Award under Pragyan Bharti scooter scheme.
