Rajasthan’s Desert National Park (DNP) has been chosen for a green project by which of the following ogranisations?

Food and agriculture organisation (FAO), an international organisation associated with United Nations for conservation of biodiversity and forest in the country, has planned a green agriculture project.
Five national parks and sanctuary have been selected from the country including Rajasthan’s Desert National Park (DNP).
Desert National Park is spread in Jaisalmer and Barmer districts.
Areas inside and outside the Desert National Park will be developed under green agriculture project for which Rs 31.4 crore will be spent.
Chief secretary Usha Sharma took detailed information about the action plan of the green agriculture project.She directed the district collectors of both districts to take this project on priority and work in coordination.
According to the Agriculture Department’s Principal secretary Dinesh Kumar, efforts would be made to make the local purchase easy for 10,400 farmer families in 52 gram panchayats of Jaisalmer and Barmer districts.
Under this project, Kisan pathshalas will be organised for farmers and the standard of living of villagers will be improved. Along with, 6,000 families will be trained so that they can ear better livelihoods which will eventually improve their nutrition.
