Explanation:

=> Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren launched the 'SAHAY' (Sports Action Towards Harnessing Aspiration of Youths) scheme from Kolhan's Dhara with an aim to promote sports and sports talent.

=> This scheme will be operated by the Sports Department.

• The objective of the scheme is to motivate the youth of Naxal affected areas towards a positive life by giving them an identity through sports.

=> Under the scheme, in the first phase, 72,000 youths of 14 to 19 years of Naxal-affected Chaibasa, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Khunti, Gumla and Simdega districts will get an opportunity to show their skills in the field of sports.
