=> Important decisions related to tribal welfare were taken in the meeting of Jharkhand Council of Ministers held on February 10, 2022.

Key Points:

=> Under the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forest Rights) Act, 2006 in the State of Jharkhand, the nomination of Bharti Institute of Public - Indian School of Business (BIPP-ISB) and tripartite MoU was approved.

=> Under the ongoing 'Sona Sobran Dhoti-Sari Distribution Scheme' for distribution of clothes among the beneficiary families, the dealer commission was approved at the rate of Rs. 1/- per garment to the public distribution system shopkeepers.

=> Apart from this, post-facto approval of Jharkhand Tourism Policy, 2021 and Jharkhand Municipal Park Maintenance Policy, 2021 was given.
