Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the 'Rabi Krishak Mahotsav 2021' at Manubans, Haridwar. On this occasion, he also laid the foundation stone and inaugurated various schemes.

• Haripur Tongia would be made a revenue village,
• A bridge would be built over the river in village Tanda Hassan,
• A bridge would be built over the river in village Rithora,
• A bridge would be constructed at Lalwala Daboobans,
• Degree college in Buggawala, Primary health center will be established in Manubans,
• Inter College will be established in village Ibrahimpur Masai.
