Explanation:

State Action Plan will be implemented in the state regarding climate change, under the action plan, keeping in mind the protection of the environment, various aspects will be worked together, including renewable energy, energy saving, water conservation, plantation, rivers and ponds. Various aspects like health including conservation, animal husbandry, farming, control of air and noise pollution will be included, this plan is being prepared through United Nations Environment Program, Bihar is the second state to prepare such a plan after Gujarat.
