The 14 State Science and Technology Congress was inguruated at Vigyan Dham in front of 500 renowned scientists, academicians, researchers and intellectuals assembled.

The event was jointly organised by Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, Rural Development and Migration, AIIMS Vijaywada, Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, state’s science and technology secretary and Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology  (UCOST).
