Gurugram tops state in CM Window redressal :
1. Gurugram district has topped in the disposal of complaints on CM Window even though it stands at seventh position on the redressal of issues highlighted on social media.
2. The complainant can know the status of the complaint made on CM Window and higher authorities at the state headquarters can also keep an eye on the disposal of these complaints as they review progress from time to time. With a score of 83.25 on parameters like complaint acknowledgement rate, redressal percentage, time taken to redress, Gurugram has left behind all other districts.
3. Similarly, with a score of 88 points, Gurugram district is ranked seventh in the state in the redressal of complaints sent to the Chief Minister through social media like Facebook and Twitter.Three platforms are available to the masses to make complaints and get their problems resolved. These include CM Window, Social Media Grievances Tracker and District Public Relations and Grievance Redressal Committee, where grievances are recorded and tracked in a systematic way.
4. The complainant can know the status of the complaint made on CM Window and higher authorities at the state headquarters can also keep an eye on the disposal of these complaints as they review progress from time to time. Government appeal to everybody to highlight public interest issues rather than personal problems to make this more effective.
5. The Deputy Commissioner further announced that the district administration had opted to send e-invite and e-notices for all meetings including the grievance committee meeting.
