Correct option 1:ETTRUIB

Logic used is - letters at position 2,4,6 are placed in the starting and letters at position 7,53,1 are placed in reverse order at the end.

As given,

TRIBUTE (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) . Now letters at position 2,,4,6 are R,B,T, so the are placed in the starting RBT

and letters 1,3,5,7 are T,I,U,E) and these are placed in reverse order in the End like - EUIT

Joining both become RBTEUIT

Similarly next RBTEUIT becomes BEITUTR and further BEITUTR becomes ETTRUIB.
