To find the average speed, calculate the total distance and divide it by the total time.

- Running:

- Speed = 20 km/h

- Time = 30 minutes = 0.5 hours

- Distance = 20 km/h × 0.5 h = 10 km

- Cycling:

- Speed = 32 km/h

- Time = 1 hour 15 minutes = 1.25 hours

- Distance = 32 km/h × 1.25 h = 40 km

- Total distance and time:

- Total Distance = 10 km + 40 km = 50 km

- Total Time = 0.5 hours + 1.25 hours = 1.75 hours

- Average Speed = Total Distance / Total Time = 50 km / 1.75 h ˜ 28.6 km/h
