Article 75(3) of the Indian Constitution makes the council of ministers collectively responsible to the house of people or the Lok Sabha.In brief 'collective responsibility' means that the council of ministers is responsible for every action of the Government (Executive) as a single unit before the Popularly elected house of the Legislature that is the Lok Sabha as they act as a bridge between the Executive and the Legislature.
