International Yoga Day 2022: It is observed on June 21 to spread awareness about the benefits of yoga. This year it is the 8th edition of the International Yoga Day. 

• The main event of the International Yoga Day 2022 demonstration will be held at Mysuru, Karnataka.
• It will be led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
•  The theme of this year's Yoga Day celebrations is 'Yoga for Humanity' and around 25 crore people across the world are expected to take part in various events, doing yoga in unison towards better health and wellness for all.
