Variable Cost per unit= Rs 150/-
Rs. 5,00,000

The answer should have been in Units as Contribution calculated is in units i.e.Rs. 50 per unit and BEP = 100000/50= 20000 units and since number of units not given value cannot be derived
what is calculated by you is 20,000 units when multiplied by selling price per unit i.e 2000x 200 = Rs. 4,00,000 gives us the sale value which is basically break even point in terms of sales. You cannot multiply units with another set of units.
