A, with age of 43 years want to know for how much year he can stay as judicial member of NCLT: -

Up to 5 year

Up to 65 year

Up to 5 year and eligible for reappointment for next 5 year,

No cannot be appointed.

According to Section 413, age bar for Judicial Member to be appointed in NCLT is Maximum 65 years and Minimum 50 years.

So, A with age of 43 years Cannot be eligible for Appointed as judicial member of NCLT.
