For constituting Selection Committee of Tribunal and appellate Tribunal, following will not be consider: -

Secretary of Ministry of Law and Justice,

Secretary of Ministry of Corporate Affairs,

Secretary in department of financial services in Ministry of Finance,

Nominee of Chief justice of India.

As under section 412 for composition for Constitution of selection Committee following shall be consider: -

Secretary in Department of Financial services in Ministry of Finance is not mentioned in Section 412.
