The amount of dividend has to be paid to the shareholders by a company within:
30 days from the date of declaration.
20 days from the date of declaration.
60 days from the date of declaration.
90 days from the date of declaration.
120 days from the date of declaration.
As per section 123(4) of Companies Act, 2013 , the amount of dividend (final as well as interim) shall be deposited in a bank account within 5 days from the date of declaration and it has to be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
