Explanation:

As per section 174(4) , if board meeting is adjourned for want of quorum then, unless the AOA of company otherwise provide, the adjourned meeting shall be held at the same day in next week at same time and place or if the day is national or public holiday, till next succeeding day which is not a national holiday at same time and place. Fresh notice is not required for adjourned meeting unless AOA of company otherwise provides.
