Non-Cumulative Preference Shareholders shall be entitled to vote in the general meeting of the company, if the dividend due to them has not been paid for a period of:
One year
Two consecutive Years
Any two years
Any Three years
Three consecutive years
According to Section 47(2), where the dividend is not paid to non-cumulative preference shareholders for a period of 2 years consecutively or more, such class of preference shareholders shall have a right to vote on all the resolutions placed before the meeting.
