Explanation:

As per section 182 of Companies Act, 2013, A Companies, not being Government Companies or not being companies which have been in existence for less than 3 years, may contribute any amount to political party upto maximum of 7 and 1/2% of average net profits of company during three immediately preceding financial years after passing a board resolution.
