As per section 118 of Companies Act, 2013 every company shall keep minutes of all board and committee meetings in a minute book. Minutes kept in accordance with the provisions of the Act is an evidence of the proceedings recorded therein. Minutes of the Board meeting shall be Recorded in a separate Book maintained for the purpose of  such recording or can be maintained in Electronic form with timestamp.
