When application for transfer is given by the transferor alone the transferee can give his objection within-
7 days from the receipt of notice from the company
15 days from the receipt of notice from the company
1 week from the receipt of notice from the company
2 week from the receipt of notice from the company
In case of partly paid shares, when application to transfer is made by the transferor alone to make a transfer then company will issue a notice to the transferee. Transferee need to convey his objection within 2 weeks from the receipt of the Notice from the company.
